Shipping policy

This is 2025-Mar-16 edition of the shipping policy of ASE Crystals Corporation. 

This policy applies to all purchases starting from March 16, 2025. It overrides (cancels) all previous editions and is active until the next edition of the policy is published at https://asecrystals.ca/policies/shipping-policy

For Canada customers we offer flat rate shipping:

- Tracked 15.89 CAD / Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.

- Expedited 20.89 CAD / Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.

- Express  28.85 CAD / Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

The actual delivery time varies significantly depending on the destination.

For US customers the rates are:

- Tracked 14 USD / Estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days.

- Express 28 USD / Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Additional customs charges, taxes  and duties might apply to your purchases as they are shipped from Canada to US. Please consult your local authorities for the details on the border policies.

All shipments are insured for up to 100 CAD. We work with multiple carriers to deliver orders. In the event of non-delivery, some carriers e.g. Canada Post require the recipient (customer) to submit a ticket online. They do not accept an insurance claim if we file a ticket on your behalf.

Once a missing package claim is submitted, the carrier will initiate an investigation. We can only proceed with a compensation claim after the carrier has completed their investigation.

Alternatively, you can email us at sales@asecrystals.ca. Once we receive your request, we will send you an invoice for the additional delivery or insurance costs. For insurance, Canada Post typically charges 2.50 CAD for every additional 100 CAD of coverage. The cost of faster delivery options, such as "Next Business Day" or "Overnight," will be calculated based on the destination, package weight, and other factors, as these rates can vary significantly.
