Shipping & Delivery

We use flat-rate shipping. The current rate in 14.35 CAD. We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcels or Registered Mail. The delivery time varies significantly depending on the destination. It can be from 1 to 7 business days.
The shipment is insured and the signature is required at the delivery. The package will not be safe dropped if nobody is home. It will be delivered to the nearest Canada Post location, where you can pick it up staring the NEXT DAY only. Note that pickups are usually are not available at the same day the delivery was attempted.

Return Policy

ASECrystals will only accept AUTHORIZED returns.
All returns must be made within 30 days of date of the original order date. All items must be returned in the same quantities and quality that they were purchased in. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are for in house credit only and valid for one year or they will be forfeited.
If you are returning something due to our error, of course we will accept it without the restocking fee. We do not issue cash refunds .

*IMPORTANT*: All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, original condition and undamaged.
Please note that once sealed Swarovski® or Preciosa® packages have been opened, they cannot be returned. Additionally there are no returns on partial Swarovski® or Preciosa® packages, custom cut items (such as rhinestone banding), or items special ordered specifically for you.

ASECrystals reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not deemed to be in original condition and in its original packaging, or if any of the above criteria are not met.

How to Return Merchandise

Please call our office before returning any merchandise so we can issue you an RA#. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Package your merchandise well. We will not issue credit to merchandise that is returned to us damaged.
We recommend you send your return though a shipping method where you can track your shipment. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Please note the Return Authorization Number (RA#) you are given on the package as well as the paperwork inside the package.
Please include an itemized list of merchandise returning and reason for return.
